Johnson County Health and Rehab is a 140 bed long term care skilled nursing facility. They offer long term care, respite, hospice. They also specialize in short term rehabilitation with physical, occupational and speech therapy to maximize the personal and individual goals of our residents. ​
Johnson County Health and Rehab in Clarksville officially opened a 7th hall in early February.
​The new 22 bed hall has semi private rooms for long term care and also private rehabilitation rooms. Here are a few videos of the
