We are excited to announce 2024 River Valley Wedding Fest!
HOW TO REGISTER Please review the vendor rules form completely before you register. At time of registration, please ensure that you fill out all required fields so that we can assign your business to a location closer to event time. GREAT NEWS! You can do all of this from the ease of your smart phone! Let us know if you have any questions or issues getting registered: 479.754.2340. This event will be held on February 4th, 2024, from 1 pm until 5 pm. Once all vendor applications are received, we will split up each vendor, based upon category, between all four of our venue locations. Each guest will be incentivized to visit all three locations. If they do visit each location their names will go into a drawing to win a grand prize that will be announced closer to the event. Each vendor space will be a 10x10 space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own materials including but not limited to tables, tablecloths, and all marketing & give-a-way materials. |

Chat with area vendors about their services, dine locally and enjoy samples of tasty treats, experience Johnson County and the Arkansas River Valley's wedding and event opportunities, and have a fun filled day with your significant other, wedding party, friends, and family! Attendance for you and your guests is free, but be sure to sign the "Guest Book" at each of our participating locations. Also, make sure you pick up your event passport at your starting location. Get the pass stamped at all 4 locations then drop it in the bowl at the last location you visit. Doing this will enter you into a drawing for...well, you'll just have to stay tuned to find out! |
